Health Happens Here, a campaign led by the Winkler Group, enabled Siloam to build additional clinics—new satellite campuses across Nashville in neighborhoods with the highest numbers of immigrants. The first new clinic opened just months before the start of the COVID pandemic and undoubtedly saved countless lives.
Siloam is trusted by immigrant communities because healthcare is largely administered by people who speak the native languages of the patients. This meant that during the height of the pandemic, Siloam was able to share critical information about COVID-19 and administer thousands of vaccinations.
