COVID-19 Policy

As partners with the organizations we serve, the Winkler Group is committed to the health and well-being of all of our clients and team members. We follow the latest CDC guidelines which can be found here and will update this page as their guidelines change. 

To summarize these guidelines, if one of our team members is exposed to COVID-19, they are asked to take a COVID-19 test as soon as possible. If they have symptoms, they should isolate until receiving the test results. 

If they test NEGATIVE, they can end their isolation. 

If they test is POSITIVE and: 

There are NO SYMPTOMS, team members should isolate themselves for five days and continue to work from their home office through the isolation period. 

→ SYMPTOMS are IMPROVING, team members may end isolation after day five if fever-free for 24 hours. If they feel well enough, team members may work through the isolation period. 

→ SYMPTOMS are NOT IMPROVING, team members should stay isolated until fever-free for 24 hours. 

Regarding onsite travel, WG team members will follow the client’s protocol regarding masking and isolation if the client’s protocol is more stringent.
