Independent School Receives Third 7-Figure Gift

Christ Presbyterian Academy, a preK-12 independent school in Nashville, Tennessee and Winkler Group client, recently received its third $1 million gift toward its $18 million Transforming Stories campaign.  The gifts have been made by current school families and by the private foundation of a school family.

“These gifts are the result of years of successful cultivation, and also of vision.  CPA leaders have done an outstanding job keeping school families and the community in the loop about where the school is headed,” explains Jim Bush, Winkler Group Vice President for Client Partnership and CPA’s lead consultant.  “There’s excitement about the future. Donors love the vision and have responded with their support.”

Transforming Stories will create a student-centered campus complete with a central quad and a new Center for Arts.  The campaign, currently in its leadership phase, has raised $10.1 million and is on track to exceed its original goal.
