New Workshop Prepares Nonprofits for Successful Campaigns

The Winkler Group is proud to announce its partnership with the AFP Lowcountry Chapter to host a four-hour intensive workshop designed to help participants prepare and plan for their next capital campaign. This workshop will be held at the Mount Pleasant Staybridge Suites on May 18th from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. It is ideal for nonprofit professionals looking to expand their campaign knowledge and learn the steps they should take to launch future campaigns.

For the past 12 years, the Winkler Group has led immersive workshops to teach professionals how to run a campaign from beginning to end. The course has guided hundreds of organizations to raise funds to build new facilities, launch new services, and grow their endowments—all to benefit the causes they serve.

Workshop participants can expect to learn how to:

  • Assess campaign readiness.
  • Create a case for support that appeals to donors.
  • Strategically use the campaign planning phase as a cultivation opportunity.
  • Engage staff, volunteers, and campaign leaders.
  • Identify new leadership campaign donors and volunteers.

The workshop is taught by Jim Bush, Winkler Group Principal and President. He injects humor and real-life scenarios into the workshop, so participants leave with an in-depth understanding of how to set your campaign up for success.
