Nonprofits Can, and Will, Unify Us

The past week has crystalized our belief that nonprofit organizations are critical to our communities. They perpetuate good in the world.  They drive social justice and human dignity.  We are honored to walk beside these organizations as they help communities heal and grow together.

We tell our consultants that listening is their most important tool.  By listening to each other, we can start to respect other points of view, even if they differ from our own. From listening, we can build new paths and encourage broad partnerships.  Today we need true dialogue—the kind nonprofit organizations are so skilled at developing with their donors, their alumni, and those they serve—to unite us.

The Winkler Group’s mission is to love and serve our clients each and every day.  We’ve never been more proud of the work they’re doing—first to combat the impacts of COVID-19 and now to address racial inequities.  Nonprofits will listen, move us forward, make change, and make things better.

“So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them.” Genesis 1:27
