What I’ve Learned from 15 Years Serving Clients

As the Winkler Group turns 15 years old this year, I wanted to share with you a list of lessons I’ve learned while serving the clients that we are so grateful for.

  1. Honor the Lord in all we do.
  2. Always be proactive in seeking ways to improve. Daily.
  3. What excites me the most, after 15 years, is that we’ve only just scratched the surface of what’s possible.
  4. Sometimes giving honest counsel costs us business, but I can sleep well at night.
  1. I dream about where our firm will be in 1, 3, and 10 years.
  2. Our firm is not made of employees. We’re a team. We’re family.
  3. Exceed goals and expectations in everything we do.
  4. We love what we do and are proud of serving our clients.
  5. Embody our core values in all our interactions.
  6. Servant leadership is in our DNA.
  7. Be good stewards of what has been entrusted to us.
  8. Work is a gift.
