Winkler Group Promotes Bill Rose to Senior Consultant

Bill Rose brings more than 25 years of nonprofit experience as a leader who works collaboratively with teams, stakeholders, and volunteers to build healthy organizations and robust cultures of philanthropy. He is particularly skilled at utilizing technology to raise funds. 
 
Currently, Bill serves as the Winkler Group’s capital campaign consultant for SOME in Washington, D.C., Connie Maxwell Children’s Home in South Carolina, and Greensboro Day School in Greensboro, North Carolina. He holds an M.S.A. with a concentration in philanthropy from Central Michigan University, an M.Div. from Athenaeum of Ohio Mt. St. Mary’s, and a B.A. from the University of Toledo.
