Charleston, South Carolina—The Winkler Group, a full-service fundraising consulting firm specializing in capital campaigns, fundraising assessments, and feasibility studies, is proud to announce two advancements within its team, underscoring the firm’s commitment to reshaping philanthropy through strategic leadership in nonprofit consulting.
Jeff Terry Joins as Senior Account Executive, Bringing Over 25 Years of Development Industry Expertise
In a strategic move to enhance its capabilities and further reshape philanthropy, the Winkler Group welcomes Jeff Terry as Senior Account Executive. With an impressive career spanning nearly three decades, Terry’s expertise extends across various facets of the development industry, making him a valuable asset to the firm.
In his most recent role, Terry played a pivotal role in collaborating with colleges and universities along the east coast, focusing on strategic planning for engagement, digital outreach, and capital campaign projects for higher education.
Before joining the Winkler Group, Terry managed relationships in the Enterprise Division at Blackbaud and assisted nonprofits in enhancing their missions by optimizing technology, people, and processes. His experience as a fundraiser at the College of Charleston, supporting the university’s athletic program fundraising efforts, further enriches his understanding of the challenges nonprofits face, such as raising awareness, engaging new supporters, and raising funds.
“Jeff’s wealth of experience will play a key role in guiding organizations toward strengthened philanthropic initiatives, allowing nonprofits to allocate more time and resources to their core missions,” said Jessica Browning, Winkler Group Executive Vice President and Principal. “Jeff’s collaborative approach aligns seamlessly with our commitment to delivering impactful and tailored strategies for nonprofits, solidifying our position as a leading force in nonprofit consulting.”
As a popular speaker and facilitator at more than twenty national and regional fundraising conferences, Jeff has presented sessions on the importance of understanding data and leveraging new channels for engagement.
Rachel Santos Promoted to Senior Marketing Manager, Enhancing Digital Innovation and Storytelling
